Copper extraction from the sulphation-roasted copper technogen concentrate

The technogen concentrate containing copper sulfide was obtained by alkaline-sulfide leaching of tetrahedrite with Bi, Sb, and As contamination. which contains Cu-33.45%, Fe-14.14%, Ag-0.73%, S-23.87% were sulphation roasted under air, the optimum condition extraction from product studied. According to XRD SEM-EDS analysis, residue roasting at lower temperatures sulfate associated minerals such as goethite, hematite, magnetite. elemental composition roastedproduct is confirmed Cu 28.12%, Fe 20.52%, Ag 0.65%, S 14.34% when analyzed ICP-OES chemical analysis. This compounds easily soluble in water sulfuric acid. parameters solvent concentration, temperature, time, solid-liquid ratio, stirring rate studied systematically. Тэдгээрийн уусалтанд нөлөөлөх уусгагчийн концентраци, температур, хугацаа, шингэн фазын харьцаа, хутгах хурд зэрэг үзүүлэлтүүдийг судалсан. Уусгалтын дүнгээс үзэхэд (25 °C, эрг/мин, мин) хүчлийн 25 уусгалтын оновчтой нөхцлүүдэд харгалзан хүртэл шилжиж, үлдэгдэлд Fe-61.47% Үүнээс гадна XRD-ийн шинжилгээгээр маггемит, альбит илэрсэн. нэгдлүүдийн хүчилд уусах уусалтын процесс нь диффузийн зүй тогтлоор явагдаж байгааг тогтоон, идэвхжилийн энергийг кЖ/моль гэж тооцоолов.
